The Help menu provides access to the 3ds Max online help, and to other learning resources.
By default, this command looks for additional help files in the \help subdirectory. That location might have changed if you've edited plug-in path settings. See 3rd Party Plug-Ins Path Configuration

3ds Max Services and Support
Opens the default Web browser to the 3ds Max Support page.
Opens the default Web browser to a page about software for exchanging data among applications.
Opens the default Web browser to a page that lists the certified hardware for running 3ds Max.
3ds Max Communities
Opens the default Web browser to the AREA home page.
Opens the default Web browser to discussions in the AREA.
Opens the default Web browser to the Autodesk Education Community pages.
Opens the default Web browser to the 3ds Max Facebook page.
Speak Back
Opens a Web page where you can report a problem with 3ds Max.
Opens the default Web browser to the 3ds Max Feedback page.
Opens a Web page where you can suggest ideas for features in future releases.
Opens a dialog that lets you activate the Desktop Analytics Program.
When activated, lets Autodesk collect anonymous information about the Autodesk products you use, the length of time you use them, and your geographic location. No personal information is collected.
Opens a dialog that lets you activate the Customer Involvement Program.
When activated, lets Autodesk collect anonymous information about your usage of 3ds Max to help us improve 3ds Max. No personal information is collected. 3ds Max Resources and Tools
Opens the default Web browser to the Autodesk Seek page that has a database of models you can download to use as Foliage.
Lets you purchase Biped and CAT characters and apply animations to your characters in real time. See Autodesk Animation Store and Animation Store Help.
Opens the default Web browser to the Partner Products & Services—Media & Entertainment page.
Lets you determine whether your system supports certain display-related features. See Diagnose Video Hardware.
Opens your Web browser to an interactive map of keyboard shortcuts ("hotkeys").
License Borrowing
If you are using a network-licensed version of 3ds Max, use the commands on this submenu to borrow or return a license. For details, see the AutoCAD License Borrowing help, which is available as the file acad_brw.chm, installed in the \program files\common files\autodesk shared\enu folder on your local drive (typically, drive C:).

Opens the default Web browser to the home page for 3ds Max.
Opens the default Web browser to a page where you can download updates and service packs for 3ds Max products.
Opens the default Web browser to a page where you can download trial versions of other Autodesk products.
Displays copyright and license information about your copy of 3ds Max.
