Machine Utilization and Power Consumption Analysis Indicators - Reference
The Power Consumption indicator displays the results of a machine analysis. The Utilization indicator is not visible by default as the flags indicate the utilization. Flags, associated with each station, display in red, yellow, or green to indicate the level of machine utilization.

Machine Indicators

Power Consumption Indicator
Displays power consumption for the analyzed selection set. The value in the indicator display is the total power consumption of all jobs included in the analysis. |

Indicator Setting
Click the Tool button to access the indicator settings. In the edit field specify the maximum power level you want to analyze against. |

Machine Utilization Indicator Settings
Displays the overall machine utilization in terms of percentage used. This value relates to the station property Uptime Percentage. |

Adjusting the Settings
Place the cursor over one of the indicator arms and click-drag the arm to set the minimum and maximum percent thresholds. The utilization flags will change colors based on the stations usage relative to the new setting. |

Utilization Flags
Represents the percentage of time that station is used relative to the total available time. Factors determining total available time include: Desired Production Rate, # of shifts, and hours per shift. |

Utilization Indicator
Pausing the cursor over a utilization flag displays the individual station utilization indicator. The indicator displays the percentage of up time based on the factors mentioned above. To add the indicator to the dashboard display, right-click the station flag and in Optimization click Add meter to dashboard. |
Context Menu Commands
Select job | Selects a different job and updates the results for the new selection. |
Indicators | The flyout list displays the available indicators. Click one to add or remove it from the displayed results. A check indicates the indicator is displayed. |
Close Indicators | Visible only when station indicators have been added to the dashboard. Right-click the dashboard and select Close Indicator > indicator name to remove it from the dashboard. |
