Property | Description |

Heating | Saturated steam heating is one way to rapidly heat the mold. Steam heating can be controlled according to the temperature to which you would like to heat the mold, or the length of time you would like the steam to be passed through the channels. |
Primary air purge | Following steam heating of the mold, the channels must be purged of steam in order to enable subsequent good contact of the coolant water with the channels and ensure efficient cooling of the mold.

Water cooling | Once the channels have been purged of steam, water is pumped through the channels to enable rapid cooling of the mold. |
Secondary air purge | Following rapid cooling of the mold, the channels must be purged of water in order to enable subsequent good contact of the saturated steam with the channels and ensure efficient heating of the mold.
