Note: Vault Thin Client functionality is based on your Vault edition and whether you have a Vault Office license.

The Actions Menu
The Actions menu lists the actions that you can perform on a given file or item. The available actions depend on whether you are logged in with read-write access.
Note: A Vault Office license is required for read-write access through the thin client. Without a Vault Office license, you are restricted to read-only actions such as viewing details, downloading files, and printing.
- Place the mouse over the first column in Column view or over the thumbnail in Tile and Plank views.
- Click the Actions menu and then select the action to perform.
Preview Files
You can view a larger preview image for any file type that supports thumbnails.
Note: Preview images are not available for folders.
- Place the mouse in the first column or over a thumbnail image and then click Preview.
- If the file being previewed also has a DWF visualization file, a thumbnail of the visualization file is displayed at the bottom of the preview window. Click the thumbnail to view and interact with the visualization file.
