Import CityGML data to add it to the current model. A CityGML model can contain multiple data types. Make sure to import all CityGML data types.
Autodesk InfraWorks 360 supports .CITYGML, .GML and .XML files.
A CityGML file can contain multiple data types.
To set common properties for all CityGML data types, hold down the Shift or Ctrl key and select all the CityGML data sources.
If you selected a single data type, specify the Type and any type-specific properties.
Generally, InfraWorks 360 can position the incoming data automatically, based on the data itself.
By default, each imported CityGML object uses the model/geometry/representation associated with it in its data file. To use an InfraWorks 360 style instead, use the Properties palette to change the Model Visible attribute to False. Then apply the style.
If you change the coordinate system, make sure to specify the coordinate system of the incoming data (not the coordinate system of the model). If the imported data uses a different coordinate system than your model uses, InfraWorks 360 will transform the data to the model's coordinate system, without changing the original data store.
