Build your contact list, and organize your contacts into categories for quick access.
Manage your contacts on the My Contacts view
. For contacts to be available in search, they must be
BIM 360 Team users within your team hub.
To add a
Communicator contact:
Click
(Contact view).
In the Search people field, enter the name of the person you wish to add as a contact.
Optionally: Double-click a contact name in the search results to start an online chat with the contact.
Select the contact in the search results, and click Add.
If you are already connected to a person listed in the search results, "Added" displays instead of "Add" next to their name.
Select the category where you want the contact to be added.
You can move a contact to a different category at any time.
The label changes from Add to Added, and the contact is listed under the specified category.
Click Back to close the search results.
To manage the contacts list:
To
move a contact to a different category, drag and drop the contact name.
To
copy the contact to another category, press Ctrl while dragging and dropping the contact name.
For additional management functions, right-click the contact name to display a context menu with the following options:
Chat with contact
Email contact
Move contact tocategory
Copy contact tocategory
Remove from category
Remove from contacts
To communicate with a contact, expand the contact, and click
to send an instant message, or
to send an e-mail message.
