Add custom categories to organize your contacts for easy access.
- To
add a category, right-click within the My Contacts view
to display the context menu, click Create Category, and enter the category name.
The name must be greater than 1 character.
- To
rename a category, right-click the category name, and click Rename Category.
You cannot rename Frequent Contacts, Uncategorized Contacts, or Others.
- To
delete a category, right-click the category name, and click Delete Category.
Any contacts in the deleted category that are not listed in any other category, are moved to Uncategorized Contacts. You cannot delete the Frequent Contacts, Uncategorized Contacts, or Others categories.
- To
reorder categories, drag and drop the category name to the desired position.
The contacts are moved with the category. Frequent Contacts, Uncategorized Contacts, and Others are fixed at the top of the list.
