To specify settings related to layout, and replace workflow, set any of the following options.
Existing Connected Point Status Change | Once the status of a facility line is changed to 'Existing Modified' or any other status with the same priority, the status of its connected facility points will be automatically changed to 'Existing Modified' if they are extracted from the data source and their status values are 'Existing', or have the same priority as 'Existing'. |
Automatic Connection and Containment Method | Specifies the method to use for establishing automatic connection and containment relationships between features. GeometricSnapping requires you to snap to the target feature. GeometricProximity enables you to click a point within a specified distance. The method and tolerances apply to the connections and containments established during tapping as well. |
Automatic Connection Tolerance | Specifies the maximum distance to establish automatic connection and tap when using the GeometricProximity method. |
Automatic Containment Tolerance | Specifies the maximum distance to establish automatic containment when using the GeometricProximity method. |
Connection Distance Threshold | Defines the maximum distance within which features can be connected. Features positioned beyond this distance are not candidates for connection in Quick Info and Feature Info. As you snap point features to line features, the connection threshold value lets you connect to a line endpoint even if you snap a short distance away from the endpoint. This is helpful for visualization if you are snapping several devices to the endpoint of a line. |
Containment Distance Threshold | Defines the maximum distance within which features are contained within container features. Features positioned beyond this distance are not candidates for containment in Feature Info. |
Default Expand Interval | The default interval distance used in AUDEXPAND and AUDEXPANDEDIT. |
Default offset (line) | The default distance for the Offset option when inserting line features. |
Default offset (point) | The default distance for the Offset option when inserting point features. |
Expand in Snap Mode | Indicates whether AUDEXPANDEDIT should snap the offset line to multiples of the expand interval distance by default. If FALSE, a free offset will instead be used by default. This default setting can also be changed by specifying the mode in AUDEXPANDEDIT directly. |
Generate 3D Objects | Indicates whether generate 3D objects. If True, 3D objects are always generated even if user only draft in 2D view. If False, 3D objects are not generated. Changing this option will trigger AUDREGEN to update current drawing. |
Scale Mode Type | Controls whether or not the LTSCALE command affects Utility Design line features as well as AutoCAD lines. Point features (including blocks) are not affected by LTSCALE. For more information, see To Scale Features. |
Schematic Arcs for Connectivity | Indicates whether to generate semi-circular arcs around point features that are not connected to the line when using the AUDEXPAND command. If True, arcs will be generated. If False, no arcs will be created. |
Schematic Expand Innermost Line | Indicates whether the innermost line should be expanded schematically when using the AUDEXPAND command. If True, the innermost line will be expanded and offset from the containing segment. If False, the innermost line will remain overlapping with segment. |
Validation Delay | The number of seconds to delay before running validation (when auto validation is enabled). Specify zero to run validation immediately upon changes to the design. |
Status for new features | Indicates the status for the new features that will be inserted in Replace workflow. |
Status for replaced features | Indicates the status for the features that will be replaced in Replace workflow. |
Status for transferred features | Indicates the status for the features that will be transferred from the replaced feature to the new feature in Replace workflow. |
