To Renumber All Items in a Parts List (AutoCAD Mechanical)

Note: The Renumber all items option is enabled only when there is at least one ordinary (non-category) row in the parts list.

1. Click Annotate tabTable panelParts List. Find
2. At the Command prompt, enter MAIN.
3. In the dialog box toolbar, click . The Renumber Items dialog box is displayed.
4. In the Renumber Items dialog box, you can make the following choices:
   • Start From - Select the beginning number.
   • Increase by - Increase the item number by the selected amount.
   • Skip after category - Select the number of item numbers to skip when moving to the next category.
5. Click OK to accept the change and close the dialog box.
