To Filter a Parts List (AutoCAD Mechanical)
In the drawing area, double-click the parts list. The Parts List dialog box is displayed.
Right-click inside the Filters/Group box.
From the menu, select Add Filter. The List of Filters dialog box is displayed.
Select a filter type and click OK. The filter appears in the Filters field.
Under Filters in the Details for Filter section, set the properties of the filter.
To turn on the filter, select the check box by the filter name.
In the Parts List dialog box, choose Apply to show the changes in the drawing.
Tip:
To remove a filter, in the Filters/Group box, right-click the filter and select Remove.
To use more than one filter to edit the properties of a filter, select the filter in the Filters/Group box first.
Click OK.
