To Sort Parts Lists (AutoCAD Mechanical)

1. In the drawing area, double-click the parts list to edit. The Parts List dialog box is displayed.
2. To sort selected rows only, press the CTRL key and click the row headings of the rows to sort.

   To sort the entire parts list, do not select any rows.

3. Click . The Sort data dialog box is displayed.
4. In the Key 1 section, select the primary sort column and sort order.
5. If you require secondary and tertiary sort criteria, select the columns and order from the Key 2 and Key 3 sections.
6. Click OK.
