Create the Cooling Lines

In this task, you will use the Cooling Circuit Wizard to create simple cooling channels.

1. Click (Geometry tab > Create panel > Cooling Circuit).

2. Select 10 mm as the channel diameter.

3. Enter 25 mm as the distance above and below the part.

4. Select X as the alignment direction.

5. Click Next

6. Enter 6 mm as the number of channels.

7. Enter 35 mm as the distance between channel centers.

8. Enter 50 mm as the distance beyond the part.

9. Click Finish.
