To Insert a Screw in the Front View (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

1. Click Content tabLibrary panelContent Libraries. Find
2. In the Content panel, locate the screw to insert.
   • For example, ISO Fasteners Screws and Threaded Bolts Hex Head Types ISO 4014 (Regular Thread).
3. In the Details panel, click Front View.
4. In the drawing area, specify the insertion point for the screw.
5. On the command line, specify the rotation angle or press ENTER to accept the default (zero).
6. In the Nominal Diameter dialog box, select the screw size, and then click Finish.
7. In the drawing area, drag to size the screw and then click to set the length.

Note: All standard content is inserted in the same way. The insertion prompts and dialog boxes may differ depending on the inserted content, but the process is the same.
