To Insert a Steel Shape in the Front/Back/Sectional View (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

1. Click Content tabParts panelSteel Shapes. Find
2. In the Select a Steel Shape dialog box, select a steel shape, and select Front/Back/Sectional View.
3. Specify the insertion point for the steel shape (1).
4. Specify the rotation angle (2).
5. In the Size Selection dialog box, select the size.
6. Choose Next.
7. In the Length Selection dialog box, specify the length.
8. Choose Finish.

   The steel shape is inserted in the front/back/sectional view.

Note: All standard content is inserted in the same way. The insertion prompts differs depending on the inserted part, but the process is the same.
