To Configure What Weld Types Are Available for Use With Welding Symbols (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

How to limit the weld type symbols and supplementary weld symbols that can be inserted on welding symbols.

1. At the Command prompt, enter AMOPTIONS.
2. In the Options dialog box, click the AM:Standards tab.
3. In the standard elements list, double-click the Welding symbol.
4. In the Show symbols for list, select a category.
5. In the list of symbols, select the checkboxes next to the symbols to make them available and clear the others.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for all required categories.
7. Click OK until all dialog boxes close.
