Creating a Face feature

To create a Face feature:

1. Click the Features step in the Steps panel.
2. In the From Dimensions section, select Face.
3. Optionally select Extract with feature recognition to recognize a Face feature from a solid.
4. Click Next to open the New Feature - Location page.
5. Click Next to open the New Feature - Dimensions page.

   If a dimension field has a blue label, you can click it and 'pick' the dimension from objects in the graphics window.

6. Enter the Thickness of the Face feature.
7. Click Next to open the New Feature - Strategies page.
8. Click Next to open the New Feature - Operations page.
9. Click Next to open the New Feature - Default Tool page.
10. Click Next to open the New Feature - Feed/Speed page.
11. Click Next to open the New Feature - Summary page.
12. Click Finish to create the feature and exit the wizard or click Back to return to previous pages.

You can edit the feature later.
