Important: WiretapCentral and Backburner Web Monitor are now deprecated: the installer will delete Apache Web server files associated with WiretapCentral and the Web Monitor. If you have customized the Apache web server, back up your modifications before installing Flame Family 2022. While Flame Family installer does not remove web server files and folders modified by end users, it is safer to back up these files before running the installer.

Note: Lustre is only available on CentOS 7.6.

About macOS Support

Support for macOS 10.15.1+ (Catalina) and macOS 11.x (Big Sur) comes with the following limitations:

  • Intel-based hardware only. Flame Family 2022 products do not support M1-based Apple hardware currently.
  • The AutodeskMediaStorage default location changes. See Autodesk Media Storage Location Changes for details.
Important: macOS 10.15.0 (the initial macOS Catalina released October 2019) does not work with Flame Family products.
