- Activate the Translation manipulation mode by doing one of the following:
- Click the Translation mode icon
from the
Viewer window Manipulation and Transformation mode tools in the Viewer window.
- Click in the Viewer window and press T.
- Click the Translation mode icon
- Select the object and drag the translation arrows that appear to move your object in the Viewer window.
You can also do one of the following:
- Enter specific coordinates in the Global/Local/Layer field.
- Double-click a translation arrow and enter a value in the Axis Translation Delta dialog box that appears.
