To export data to a PCF file (Plant 3D only)

If the Data Manager tree is ordered by area, you can export line number node data to Piping Component Format (PCF) files for use in third-party applications.

1. On the ribbon, click Home tab Project panel Data Manager.
2. In the Data Manager, in the drop-down list, click the drawing or project data view.
3. In the tree view, right-click a line number node. Click Export To PCF.
4. In the Save PCF As dialog box, do the following:
   • Navigate to the appropriate folder to save the file.
   • In the File Name box, enter a file name or accept the default file name for the file.
   • Click Save.
