Access Autodesk Docs

If you're a team member who's been invited to collaborate on a project, perform these steps to gain access to Autodesk Docs.

If you're a Autodesk Docs account administrator or a project administrator, see Workflow: Revit Cloud Worksharing for instructions.

To access Autodesk Docs

  1. If needed, prepare Autodesk Desktop Connector.

    For example, Desktop Connector is required when linking topography data to your model.

  2. Open the email invitation to a Autodesk Docs project, and do the following:
    1. Click the link to activate your membership in the project.

      Autodesk Docs opens in a browser window.

    2. Sign into Autodesk Docs using your Autodesk ID, or click Create Account to create one.

    Autodesk Docs displays the project, providing access to related data based on your permissions.

  3. If you did not receive an email invitation to the Autodesk Docs project, ask your Autodesk Docs project administrator to invite you to the project.

    Provide the administrator with your email address or Autodesk ID. If needed, the administrator can reference the following additional information:
