Create a Custom Revit Deployment

Create a deployment that will install Revit software on multiple computers across a network.

1. Prepare for the deployment.
2. Log into your Autodesk Account and select the Custom Install.
3. Proceed through to set License Type and add Revit. Refer to Create deployments from Autodesk Account.
4. Specify options for the Revit software by selecting Revit.

   Complete the following items as appropriate

   1. Keep the latest version or select an earlier version from the using the Specific version option, refer to Version to Install.

   2. Expand Customizations to specify custom options and optional components, refer to Customizations.

   3. Expand Extensions to add Revit Add-ons, refer to Extensions.
   4. Expand Content Packs to add Revit content in various languages, refer to Content Packs.
5. Click the Next button when configuration is complete.
6. Proceed through the Install Settings process, set Deploy option, providing Deployment Name, Description, Deployment image path and Deployment log file path, Installation Path. Refer to Create deployments from Autodesk Account.
7. Agree to the Terms of Use and Click Create.
8. Click Create deployment.

The creation of the deployment package download application begins and prompts you to save the file once ready.

This process will take several minutes. When the deployment package download application is saved locally, the application can be run to Download the deployment image to the location specified in during Deployment Configuration.
