Edit a Data Sheet

Edit a standard file in the Vault client.

Note: The Data Standard feature must be installed to use data sheets.

Note: Editing standard files is a default Data Standard feature. However, your Administrator may have removed or modified this option.

1. Right-click on the file for which you want to modify the data sheet and select Edit Standard File.
   Note: Vault Office Client users can only modify data sheets for non-CAD files.
2. Make changes to the existing data.
3. Click OK to save your changes.
