PLOEDIT

PLOEDIT is an external Robot application which allows you to open, edit and save *.plo-format files in order to determine the structure of the a plotter-drawing model.

The user may define in any way a plotter-drawing structure to be used when creating working drawings of RC structure elements.

The following object may appear in the *.plo-format files of plotter drawing models:

• Page
• View - this is a part of a working drawing; it includes a view of structure components with all the details (cross-section reinforcement, reinforcement along the length of an RC element, etc.)
• Table
• Table cell
• Drawing
• Text
• Area.

The menu and toolbar of the PLOEDIT program contain standard edit options: add/delete object, cut/copy/paste operations, undo/redo operations, reduce/enlarge operations, etc. The toolbar contains also an edit field where you can determine a view type (beam cross-section, column length, foundation view, etc.).

The bottom part of the PLOEDIT program contains a status bar presenting the following data:

• the present zooming scale ( x1, x2, x4 )
• the present editor state (selection mode or the name of the edited plotter-drawing element)
• current page / number of pages
• position and size of the edited plotter-drawing element
• mouse position with respect to the parent object of the edited plotter-drawing element
• mouse position with respect to the page.
