To Perform Roombook Calculations

Note: This topic is for Roombook users only.

1. Create spaces and zones.
2. Set the calculation settings and the calculation standard (international or German VOB standard).
3. Edit the surface material styles (a set of materials which is typically assigned to specific room types).
4. Apply the surface material styles to the spaces in the drawing.
5. Start the calculation of the room quantities.
6. View and edit the calculated quantities.
7. Export the calculation results to Excel, DWF for Autodesk Quantity Takeoff, CSV, or Schedule Tables.
