XGen interactive grooming Curve to Spline modifier attributes

Lets you convert a series of curves in the scene or from an Alembic cache file to interactive groom hairs, guides, and wires. You can then sculpt the hairs and add modifiers to them.

Align To Normal

Lets you choose how the resulting hairs get animated when the surface of the bound mesh deforms. When on, the roots of the hairs follow surface deformations on the mesh. When off, the hair animation is influenced by a surface projection of the source curves.

Input From
Enable Curves to use selected curves from the scene. Enable Cache to use curves contained in a Alembic cache file. The curves can be static or animated.
Add Selected Curves
Select the curves you want to add individually or as a group and click Add Selected Curve.

The list of added curves display under Input and Curve Name.

Remove Item
Select any curve you want to remove from the groom and click Remove Item.
Input/Curve Name
Input is the name of the input slot on the Curve to Spline node, while Curve Name is the curve attached to the input.
Input Cache

Click the browse icon and go to the location of the Alembic cache that contains the curves.
