Configure Vault Options
There are several ways to streamline your vault workflow in the Vault client and the Vault add-ins.
Manage Prompts
You can specify the default response for common dialogs so that every time certain dialogs are displayed, your preferred response is the default selection. You can also specify which commands are automatically performed without prompting you for input, reducing the number of times you need to directly interact with the vault.
Suppress Dialogs
You can suppress common dialogs so that certain vault operations are performed automatically without displaying a dialog.
Set Document Preview Preferences
A list of applications installed on your current system are listed in the Document Previewer Options dialog. You can disable certain applications for document previewing.
Configure Open File Behaviors
Determine whether Inventor, AutoCAD, and Revit files are opened by the latest version, the last run version, or the version of the CAD Application that saved the file.
Organize Columns
The table columns can be organized by changing the order of the columns, the size of the columns, and the alignment of the data in the columns.

Manage the Shortcuts Pane
A shortcut is a pointer to an associated folder or object. The Shortcuts pane displays and organizes any shortcuts to folders, items, or files that you create. It is part of the navigation pane.
