On the Section Editor RibbonStation Selection panel, select a station that is in the region you want to change.
In the Select a Chainage list, indicates that a chainage is associated with a region.
In the section editor, select the assembly. Hover the cursor over the grip for the subassembly whose targets you want to edit. Click the type of target that you want to edit.
Note: If multiple subassemblies share a grip, then Edit Shared Targets is displayed. If you select Edit Shared Targets, the Target Mapping dialog box is displayed.
In the drawing, select the object to target. Press Enter.
Specify the target object from the dialog box that is displayed.
To specify targets using the Corridor Properties dialog box
In the drawing, click the corridor, then right-click and click Corridor Properties.
In the Corridor Properties dialog box, click the Parameters tab.
Do one of the following:
To view or map all targets required by the corridor, click Set All Targets.
To view or map the targets for a specific baseline or assembly, click the Target field for that baseline or assembly.
In the Target Mapping dialog box, set the surface, offset and elevation targets.
Click OK to close the Target Mapping dialog box.
To select a surface to target
In the Target Mapping dialog box, click on the Surfaces tab.
If you want to target the same surface for all subassemblies, select a surface name in the Select a Surface for All Surface Targets list.
If you want to specify different surfaces for the subassemblies, click on a cell in the Target column.
In the drop-down list, select the surface to target.
Click Apply to apply the changes in the drawing.
To select an offset or width to target
In the Target Mapping dialog box, click on the Offset and Elevation tab.
Click a cell in the Offset column.
To target an alignment or pipe:
Under Set Offset Targets, select an alignment or pipe from the Select Alignment and Pipe list or click to select an object from the drawing or click to select the object by layer.
To target a feature line, polyline or survey figure:
Under Select Feature Lines, Polylines and Survey Figures to target, select the layer name that contains the objects to target.
If you select the whole layer, the selection will be dynamic and any new objects added to the layer will be targeted. For more information, see Target Mapping Dialog Box. Click to refine the selection of objects on that layer if needed. Click to select an object in the drawing.
If there are two or more targets selected, use the Selection Choice if Multiple drop-down list to specify which target to use, either Target To Nearest Offset or Target To Furthest Offset.
Click Apply to apply the changes in the drawing.
To select an elevation or slope to target
In the Target Mapping dialog box, click on the Offset and Elevation tab.
Click a cell in the Elevation column.
To target a profile or pipe:
Under Set Elevation Targets, select a profile or pipe from the Select Profile and Pipe to Target list or click to select an object from the drawing or click to select the object by layer.
To target a feature line, 3D polyline or survey figure:
Under Select Feature Lines, 3D Polylines and Survey Figures to target, select the layer name that contains the objects to target.
If you select the whole layer, the selection will be dynamic and any new objects added to the layer will be targeted. For more information, see Target Mapping Dialog Box. Click to refine the selection of objects on that layer if needed. Click to select an object in the drawing.
If there are two or more targets selected, use the Selection Choice if Multiple drop-down list to specify which target to use, either Target To Nearest Offset, Target To Furthest Offset, Target to Flattest Offset or Target to Steepest Offset.
