To Edit Objects in a Temporary Plan View

You can select objects to view and edit in a temporary plan view. The plan view is not persisted after the edits are finished.

1. Select the objects you want to view in a temporary plan view.
2. Click <Object> tabGeneral panelEdit In View drop-downEdit In Plan.
3. Select linework, the face of an object, or a reference point for the view direction.
4. Modify the objects in the plan view.
5. Click on the Edit in View toolbar to exit the temporary plan.
6. Save the changes to your drawing.
