To Edit Objects in a Temporary Elevation View

You can select objects to view and edit in a temporary elevation view. The elevation view is not persisted after the edits are finished.

1. Select the objects you want to view in an elevation view.
2. Click <Object> tabGeneral panelEdit In View drop-downEdit In Elevation.
3. Select linework, the face of an object, or a reference point for the view direction.
4. Specify the extents of the elevation.
5. Modify the objects in the elevation view.
6. Click on the Edit in View toolbar to exit the temporary elevation.
7. Save the changes to your drawing.
