In the Form Designer, when you edit a feature class form, two windows are opened: the feature class form and the Designer dialog box. In the Designer dialog box, in the right pane, you can see all the form’s controls (input fields, controls, buttons, and so on). In the left pane, you can process the particular elements.
Use the Controls tab to define the database attributes and controls that are shown in the form.
Use the Properties tab to define the properties of each control.
