To Assign Feature Classes to an LRS

1. In the Infrastructure Administrator, do one of the following:
   • Click Enterprise and connect to the enterprise industry model. Open a project.
   • Click File and open a project.
2. In the tree structure, under the industry model node, click Data Model.
3. Under Data Model Administrator, select an LRS definition.
4. Under Available Feature Classes, specify the feature classes to add by selecting their check boxes.

   Not all feature classes are listed because only linestring and point feature classes can be assigned as assets. LRS-specific feature classes (Axis, Route Segment) are excluded because they contain cached geometries.

5. Click Add.
6. Under Asset Settings Used in this LRS, click the down arrow for Reference Type or Rotation Type to select a different setting.
7. Select or clear Lock Geometry.

If you are setting up a file-based industry model, this completes the setup process.
