To Create Balloons for an Annotation View (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

1. From the mechanical browser, right-click the annotation view to balloon and select Create Balloons. In the drawing area, the icon indicates the components (parts and assemblies) that you can balloon.
2. Select the icon corresponding to the objects to create balloons for.
3. Press Enter to end the selection. A preview of the balloons appears in the drawing area.
4. To apply the Horizontal or Vertical balloon alignment, press H, or V.

   To select the standalone placement of the balloons, press S.

   To arrange balloons along a line that is not horizontal or vertical:

   1. Press A to select the Angle option.
   2. In the drawing area, click at two points to indicate the direction of the straight line.
5. In the drawing area, click to indicate the position to place the balloons.
