To Apply a Concentric Constraint in the Content Editor (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

In the Authoring Palettes window, in the Geometric tab, click Concentric.
Select the first and second arc or circle object.
The second arc or circle moves to have the same center point as the first object.
