Using the AMAUTODETAIL command, you can create an xref or an xref and a component drawing from a current drawing. You can define settings for the xref and the component drawing before creating them. For example, you can
- Specify which objects in the current drawing you want included in the xref or component drawing.
- Specify whether to keep dimensions in the assembly (master) drawing or to move and save them to the xref.
- Assign title block and drawing border to the component drawing.
- Preset a scale for the component drawing.
- Assign attributes to the component drawing.
