Displays the Mechanical Layer Manager, which enables you to manage layers and mechanical layer definitions.
It is also possible to launch the command transparent ('AMLAYER). If you enter -amlayer at the Command prompt, AMLAYER shows prompts on the command line instead of opening the Mechanical Layer Manager dialog box.
