To view and save the calibration records

List and save the results of all calibrations performed to file.

Note: Calibration details are only available when creating inspections for CNC machines or manual CMMs.

To view the calibration records

1. In the Machine tab, click Calibration.

   The Calibration Details dialog lists the results of all calibrations performed on the available probes. The results include the names of the calibrated probes and positions, their effective and nominal diameters, and the number of points in each calibration. If recorded, the name of the calibration sphere is also included.

   When you select Use form tolerance setting in the Calibration Settings dialog, this dialog also lists the error and form tolerance for each calibration.

2. Click Close to close the Calibration Details dialog.

To delete entries from the list, delete the probes or positions in the Probe view.

To save the calibration records to a file

1. In the Machine tab, click Calibration.
2. Click Calibration Details.
3. In the Calibration Details dialog, click Export. The Save As dialog is displayed.
4. In the Save As dialog:
   1. Select the folder in which you to save the results.
   2. Enter a File name.
   3. Click Save to close the dialog and create a text file of the results.
