To delete the labels of points in a point-cloud, click View tab > Labels panel > Point-Cloud > Delete Labels.
To delete labels individually, right-click:
- the CAD view, choose Single Point Selection from the context menu and click the points whose labels you want to delete; or
- the label you want to delete and choose Delete this label from the context menu. This option is available only when you are using manual labels.
To delete all labels in a specified area, right-click the CAD view and choose a menu option to specify the selection method. Select:
- Single Point to delete point labels individually. To delete a label, left-click the point.
- Rectangle to delete the labels of all points in a rectangle. To specify the rectangle, left-click and hold, then drag the cursor. When the rectangle is the correct size, release the mouse button.
- Lasso to delete the labels of all points in a free-form shape. To specify the shape, left-click and hold, then drag the cursor. When the cursor changes to
, left-click again to close the shape. - Sphere to delete the labels of all points in a sphere. To specify the sphere, left-click and hold, then drag the cursor. When the sphere is the correct size, release the mouse button.
Note: Deselect the Show/Hide Labels button to hide the labels displayed in the CAD view.
