View and define properties for masonry or CMU materials on the Appearances tab in the Material Editor panel of the Material Browser.
Legacy assets (and the materials that use them) are marked with the
icon. This topic describes properties for a legacy appearance asset, which uses an older rendering shader. If the current appearance asset does not display the icon, see
Appearance Asset Properties for information about its properties.
| Property | Description |

| Type | Select the type of masonry material: Masonry or CMU. |
| Image | The image to use to represent the surface texture or the render appearance color of the material. See Texture Editor. |
| Finish | Select a predefined finish: Glossy, Matte, or Unfinished. These are the texture options for the finished surface. |
