Connecting Projects to Flow: Connecting your project to Flow is currently available as a beta feature. While accessible to all users, please be aware that as with any beta product, it may contain unforeseen issues or limitations. We strongly recommend testing this feature in a non-production environment. This beta version should be considered a preview of upcoming functionality, and its behaviour or features may change before final release. Please do not rely on Flow connected projects for mission-critical production work.
Access Control Limitation: Flow implements different access control rules than Flow Production Tracking. It's important to understand these differences to prevent unintended data exposure.
When connecting a project to Flow, all users in the project in Flow Production Tracking will have read and write access to all shared project data on the Flow platform. For example, if you have vendors in Flow Production Tracking who should only see certain shots, connecting to the Flow platform might expose additional data to these users beyond their intended access level. This may make the feature unsuitable for projects requiring strict permission boundaries between different user groups.
Data Removal Notice: Please be aware that disconnecting a project from Flow will not automatically remove any shared data from the Flow platform. If data deletion is required after disconnecting a project, you must submit a support ticket to request the removal of this data.
To enable the animate in context with Maya capability, your Flow Production Tracking site must meet the following requirements:

You can enable the capability on new projects only or on the Flow Production Tracking Demo projects.
Flow Production Tracking scripts are not currently supported in a animate in context with Maya workflow.
You can't have more than one Flow Production Tracking user with the same email on a site.
People using the capability must have a unique Autodesk Identity and email that they log into Flow Production Tracking with. In other words, do not add any users from Flow Production Tracking to projects with the capability enabled if those users share the same email address with other Flow Production Tracking users on the same site.
