Pond Command Reference

The following table lists the pond Autodesk Civil 3D commands and briefly describes their functionality.

Command	Description
AddPondContour	Adds a contour to a pond at an elevation.
AddPondSideSlope	Adds a side slope to a pond.
CreatePond	Opens the Create Pond dialog box to initiate pond creation.
CreatePondFromObject	Creates a pond from existing closed geometry.
CreatePondFromSurface	Creates a pond by specifying a depression area in a surface.
CreatePondReference	Opens the Create Pond Reference dialog box to initiate pond reference creation.
DeletePondContour	Removes a contour from a pond.
EditPondProperties	Prompts for a pond selection and then opens the Pond Properties dialog box for editing.
EditPondStyle	Prompts for a pond selection and then opens the Pond Style dialog box for editing.
FeatureLinesFromPond	Opens the Extract Feature Lines dialog box to initiate line extraction from the pond.
FilletPond	Adds curves to pond geometry for a smoother and more natural appearance.
QuickEditPond	Prompts for pond contour elevations and side slope dimensions editing.
RedefinePondFromSurface	Prompts for redefining the geometry of a surface-based pond.
