Text Setup
Description
This form is used to display and format joint and member references, as well as results values for the selected members on the graphic window.Outline Procedure
This form is accessed by clicking the left mouse button with the cursor over the Format button for one of Joint, Member, Section Ref or Result in the General Toolbar of the Graphics Window.
This form is displayed and its content should be modified as required. The display in the graphics window changes as modifications are made. Changes become permanent when OK is picked to close the form.
Changes made in this form are applied only to members that have been selected using the Member Selection Filter and to the type of text (joint, member or result) that was selected using the Format button. To select any other type of text this form must be closed and the Format button for the other type picked to re-open this form for that other type.
The result value formatting uses the current file settings made on the Edit Units form. If you choose to override this standard formatting then check the Override Format checkbox and make the appropriate selection.
The Default button can be used to revert back to Autodesk Structural Bridge Design's default format settings.
