FAQ: When I click the link in the welcome email, see the message "We were unable to return you to Autodesk.com"

You may be on a 64-bit machine with 32-bit Internet Explorer set as your default browser. In this case, right click the link in the email and copy link to clipboard. Then go to your Start menu and look for Internet Explorer (64 bit), or a different browser such as Chrome. Paste the link at the top of the new browser window. If the link continues to redirect you to the error page, try troubleshooting the installation.
