Work with RFIs

The RFI tool helps you exchange information on construction projects. It improves communication between stakeholders, reduces delays from outstanding information requests, and keeps records organized.

The RFI tool supports two workflows for submitting, reviewing, answering, and closing RFIs:

The default workflow has the key stages of drafting, submission, review, answering, and closure.
The enhanced workflow adds a Coordinator, who does preliminary reviews and forwards RFIs, and expert reviewers, who do detailed reviews.

Search and Filter RFIs

Create, edit, and track RFIs in the Forma app on iOS and Android.
