Export RFIs

Exporting RFIs allows for the creation of comprehensive reports that act as vital documentation for a project. These reports can be tailored to include individual RFIs in a PDF format or encompass all RFIs in either PDF or XLSX format.

    • References
    • Activity Log
    • Comments

    • Embed Official Response Attachments
  4. Click Run Report to generate the report.

Limitations for Embedding References and Official Response Attachments

When using the Embed References and Embed Official Response Attachments options, note the following limitations:

After the report has been successfully generated, you can either download it directly by clicking on Download report, or you can copy the link to the report to conveniently share it with others.

Note: If you upload a PDF that is password-protected, the export of your RFI report may fail. See Reports FAQ and Troubleshooting for more information and possible workarounds.
