Exporting RFIs allows for the creation of comprehensive reports that act as vital documentation for a project. These reports can be tailored to include individual RFIs in a PDF format or encompass all RFIs in either PDF or XLSX format.
To export an individual RFI, follow these steps:
Navigate to the RFIs tool by clicking on RFIs from the left navigation bar.
Choose and open the RFI to export from the RFIs list.
Click located in the top-right corner. A panel will open, allowing you to select which sections of the report to include or exclude:
Click Run Report to generate the report.

After the report has been successfully generated, you can either download it directly by clicking on Download report, or you can copy the link to the report to conveniently share it with others.
