About Forma Data Management
Forma Data Management is a cloud-based storage and collaboration solution.
With Forma Data Management you can organize your files and folders for use throughout the lifecycle of your project. Forma Data Management is a common data environment which centralizes project information across the following Autodesk Forma™ platform offerings:
- Forma Build
- Autodesk BIM Collaborate (and also Forma Design Collaboration)
- Forma Takeoff

Forma Data Management also includes:
- Insight: Delivers analytics from the data collected and analyzed, as well as the ability to export that data; encompasses Construction IQ artificial intelligence to identify and mitigate risk.
- Administration: Provides centralized user management, permission control, templates, and other tools for project setup including a single authentication method for any unified product.
Forma Data Management is also available as part of the Architecture, Engineering & Construction Collection.
Navigate to Forma Data Management
Click the product picker at the top left of the screen and click Data Management to access Forma Data Management.
