Data Connector Activity Data Schema

Project administrators and members with executive overview access can use the Data Connector Data Schema to extract data specific to various product tools and functionalities.

About the Activity Data Schema

The Activity Data Schema for data extracts includes information about the actions taken by the members in the following tools and functionalities:

• Administration
• Files
• Issues
• RFIs
• Assets
• Cost

Note the following considerations:

• By default, activity data is not included in data extracts. You can request it on an ad hoc or scheduled basis to be included in the extract.
• A date range for extracting activity data needs to be specific. If it's not, activity data from the last 24 hours is included.
• The time range cannot exceed 31 days, and it's limited to the last 12 months.
