The Service Users page, accessible from the Admin > Users page, contains a directory of all users registered to the current account.
The Overview tab displays basic information about each user, such as their name and login, as well as their User Role and the Sub-Account to which they belong, if any.
The icon in the far left column represents the status of that user: it is dark gray if the user profile is active, and light gray if the user is suspended.
An account supervisor can use the Filter User List to filter the users shown on the page. Filter uses by which roles they have or by the sub-accounts to which they belong.
Additionally, account supervisors can click the Import/Export button to export user information to a CSV file or import users stored in a CSV file.
Click the Details button at the of Service Users page to view additional details about each user, such as when a user profile was created and when that user last logged in to the account.
The buttons in the rightmost column of the directory bring up the Edit User Profile and Delete User panels, respectively, and the "Add" button on the left filter brings up the Add User panel, shown below.
Add the user's name, email, and phone number. If single-sign on is available, select whether to use the internal authentication system and enforce the user name and password, or create a new username and password for the user.
The Edit User Profile panel is nearly identical to this panel, with the exception that an account supervisor can use the Main tab to set a user profile's status as either "Active" or "Suspended"; a suspended user cannot log into the platform. Additionally, the Edit User Profile panel is automatically populated by the information of the selected user, except for the user's password (hidden for privacy reasons), but an account supervisor can enter a new password into these boxes to reset the user's password. The Access tab of both panels allows an account supervisor to select a sub-account and user roles for the user, and displays a summary of the permissions granted to the user by the selected user roles.
