The Project toolpath is used for projecting a set of curves onto the faces of the model. The toolpath machines these curves on the centerline of the tool.
The curves are usually in the form of sketch geometry, but you may also select edges from the model. These curves will be projected down through the current tool plane, onto the the faces of the model below. Multiple Z depths can be created using the Multiple Depths parameter.

Controls exist for containing the toolpath to a specific area. Use Machining Boundaries to contain the machining area in X & Y and the Heights parameters to contain the machining areas in Z, but as a default, it will assume you want to project the curves onto all faces of the model.
