Replace the tool that a toolpath uses without needing to recalculate the toolpath.

Important: Because the Replace Tool modification does not recalculate the toolpath, verify in the simulation that the tool is following the toolpath as expected.

You can change the Feed & Speed settings of a tool, and change any geometry that is not associated with the tip of the tool, such as:

Note: If you use the Replace Tool modification on a child toolpath but then change the tool on the parent toolpath, the tool on the child toolpath remains the same if it has the same tip-geometry with the parent toolpath's new tool. If the tip geometry is not the same, a warning appears and the parent toolpath's new tool is used on the child toolpath.
