Primary part where secondary is used in the design | This is a primary member of a shared part number group whose secondary member is being used in the design. (BOM always shows the primary member.) |
 Light olive |
In the BOM, not in the design | This child component is not being used in the design. This is because its parent is the primary member of a shared part number group, and the design is using a secondary member of that group. The secondary member does not contain this child component. |
 Purple |
In the design, not in the BOM | This component is not being shown in the BOM due to an override. It might be hidden (Hide children) or has been excluded (Remove from all BOMs, Remove from this parent). |
 Gray |
Not in the BOM or design | An example of this would be if a child component is not being used in the design (light olive indicator), and has also been hidden or excluded from the BOM (Hide children or Remove from all BOMs). |
